The Library
Last year in 2009, AU5,800 was raised for various purposes. Nearly $2000 of this was spent on musical instruments, but the remainder went towards books for the library. Unfortunately the books that were purchased hand’t arrived when I left. But this year, I got the chance to see the books and see the kids using them first hand.
In their morning break, kids can come up to the library and read books, they also have a system in place where they can take them home for a week.
